The guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your report, write to us within 7 days of delivery. Tell us what wasn't right and we will either correct it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
When we refund automatically
- We cannot deliver your report, for any reason.
- Your report arrives more than 24 hours late (48 hours for Vaastu) and you would rather not wait.
- The report contains an error on our side, such as a wrong calculation or details mixed up, and you would prefer a refund to a corrected copy.
Before the report is prepared
You can cancel any order for a full refund until we begin preparing it. For Vaastu, that means until the review has started. Just write to us.
Wrong details
If you entered a wrong date, time or place, tell us as soon as you notice. If the report hasn't been prepared yet we will simply use the corrected details. If it has, we will re-cast it once at no charge.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–7] working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
