These terms apply when you order a report from Vedic Sadhu, operated by [legal name of the business]. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What we provide
Personalised Vedic astrology and Vaastu reports, delivered as PDF documents by email: the Personal Janam Kundli, Kundli Matching, and the Vaastu Home Report. Each is prepared for the details you give us.
2. Guidance, not professional advice
Astrology and Vaastu are traditional systems offered for guidance and reflection. Our reports are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and should not be the only basis for decisions in those areas. You remain responsible for the choices you make.
3. Your details
A report can only be as accurate as the birth details, plan and compass reading it is based on. Please check them before ordering. If we find a problem, such as an ambiguous place name or an unreadable plan, we will contact you before preparing the report.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page in Indian rupees or US dollars, and include applicable taxes for orders in India. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through our payment provider.
5. Delivery
Janam Kundli and Kundli Matching reports are delivered within 24 hours, and Vaastu reports within 48–72 hours, from the time we have complete details. If we cannot meet these times, we will tell you, and our refund policy applies.
6. Use of your report
The report is for your personal and family use. Please don't resell it or publish it commercially. The design, text and charts remain our copyright.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of [city].
